What's the biggest problem I faced being a recruiter?

What's  the biggest problem I faced being a recruiter?

The biggest problem I faced being a recruiter is to provide jobs for free with no registration charges, I know people will judge me that being a professional you shouldn't discuss such topics on social media but my answer to those judgemental people not to poke their nose on other's business, just do your own.

I am just sharing my learning experience with you all, not to trust even the closest person, if you want to become professional and to be successful, as you know commitments and business ethics and pure mindsets are not there in every individual.

I learnt once I disclosed business privacy in front of someone, it wasn't a big deal for that person to deceive and to disrespect the in written terms. Such people are not loyal nor professional, be strict on your terms if you want people to follow, people will try to make you fool but yes I learnt from my mistakes. Believe me if you stay away from such people it will make you feel living in peace.

So coming back to that topic that how I felt that I am at the biggest risk for providing free consultations or ditched for working hard for such people who miscommit or the one who tries to disrespect my business policy and tries to contact schools associated with me. Unfortunately they forgot that Allah is great.    He will help you to come out even when you're in the darkest well.

So, fortunately the management contacted me and asked do you know Ms Xyz? She wants to replace you I said yes mam I know her I provided her a job, she is currently working and I remember once I disclosed the name of the school and the name of your school was on that list too, may be she's in need or started her own agency. Ma'am said yes that's true she copied your terms and started working on it, I smiled and felt happy that Allah is great, he alerts and saved me whenever I need him unknowingly what's going to be happen next. From that day till now I didn't contact my friend but yes only the last message I dropped to wish her a good luck that she started her own consulting agency.

I am still happy for those who copied and started their own business, I am happy that Allah choose me to be their source of earning but still we are human being, it hurts whenever we face disloyalty and miscommitments.

So point to be noted,

1. NEVER TRUST CLOSEST PERSON WHEN IT COMES TO BUSINESS.

2. WORK IN SILENCE.

It's a saying of "Hazrat Ali",

"Surely silence can sometimes be the most eloquent reply".

People are not determined to their job roles even if they get jobs without paying any charges. They'll do wrong, they'll make false commitments, they'll try to miss the opportunity without any reason, unpassionate person cannot build a team or cannot be a part of the team.

On the day when interview is scheduled, candidates used to make false reasons of tragedy or sudden death of someone or illness. This statement is not for all but for the people who didn't even know that passionate recruiters cross check or investigates whether the candidate's statement is right or wrong. 😀 It's not an easy task to take pressure of work with bearing such false commitments. People in our country are hard working but they don't do work with determination and then failed to get good results, determination is very important aspect for hard workers.

If you want recruiters to help out for your job hunt without charging single penny before applying then you need to stay committed and to fulfill the terms when the job is offered. A part from that whether a recruiter is running registered agency or not it's another topic but if he's providing you an authentic job then you must respect their in written terms and must fulfill all the requirements as he's a person working to get you the best opportunity with no charges, so it's a right to charge rightafter when you get your first salary. It's upto you whether to stay loyal or disloyal Allah will close the best doors for you and you'll be responsible just because you default.

Points that should be followed by the candidates:

1. Work hard but be determined and invincible.

2. Don't make false commitments.

3. Reach on time when the interview is scheduled, don't delay as it gives a negative impact because if the person is willing to work then no excuses and no delays should be expected.

4. Don't directly ask for the salary package if you're not experienced. It's rarely happens and sometime depends on luck that a person who's non experienced is hired on a high package.

5. Work on your communication skills.

6. Make yourself presentable, it doesn't mean to wear expensive brands but to look clean and tidy and dressup according to your job role, google the ways you can dressup according to your workplace.

7. Don't share your personal matters or emotions at your workplace just stay professional.

What problems recruiter may face on daily basis?

Recruiters may face a variety of challenges on a daily basis, including:

1) Finding qualified candidates: Sifting through resumes and identifying candidates with the right skills and experience can be time-consuming and difficult.

2) Attracting top talent: Recruiters may struggle to attract top candidates, especially in highly competitive industries or job markets.

3) Meeting hiring goals: Recruiters may have specific hiring goals or quotas that they need to meet, which can add pressure to the recruitment process.

4) Keeping up with changing job market: Recruiters need to stay current with the changes in the job market and understand the latest trends and requirements for different industries.

5) Keeping a balance between the company and the candidate's interest: Maintaining a balance between the interests of the company and those of the candidates can be challenging, as recruiters need to find candidates who are a good fit for the company while also ensuring that the job is a good fit for the candidate.

6) Keeping the communication and organization in track: Recruiters have to manage multiple communication with different candidates, scheduling interviews, and keeping track of the hiring process, which can be overwhelming at times.

7) Managing the expectations of the hiring managers and the candidates: Recruiters need to manage the expectations of both the hiring managers and the candidates throughout the recruitment process, which can be challenging if those expectations are not aligned.

Believe me no recruiter can guide you such things I have discussed today. 😊

Hope you would like this general topic.🌷
