What's the biggest problem I faced being a recruiter? The biggest problem I faced being a recruiter is to provide jobs for free with no registration charges, I know people will judge me that being a professional you shouldn't discuss such topics on social media but my answer to those judgemental people not to poke their nose on other's business, just do your own. I am just sharing my learning experience with you all, not to trust even the closest person, if you want to become professional and to be successful, as you know commitments and business ethics and pure mindsets are not there in every individual. I learnt once I disclosed business privacy in front of someone, it wasn't a big deal for that person to deceive and to disrespect the in written terms.
