Before becoming a blogger I was a very sensitive person who thinks, feels and cares for everyone, I still do that but I brought some positive changes in me. Before implementing this positive change, if someone tried to hurt, I started crying or hurt myself by overthinking which was effecting my peace even I can't sleep. If someone tried to hurt, I clarified myself sometimes I got annoyed but when I started writing an article to share my experience, it provoked my inner positive human And I feel relaxed. I also thought not to waste time on excuses or clarifying yourself but to write your experience to bring that positive behavior or to recall positive human inside you, for the peace of mind.

Believe me if you have no one who understands you but you already know that there's Allah who hear the voice of your heart, will make you feel more confident and you will stop pleasing people.

 Make your friendship with books, read it or read an article, start motivating yourself by watching motivational videos to take yourself out of depression. We are muslims, we should know the cure of the depression is hidden in the prayers. Start praying from now, make your life peaceful, believe me you won't need any friend when you start praying, when you start talking to Allah and to share your experience in a form of writing an article to make that article helpful for others to read and emphasize.

 Share your experience in a positive manner just to express your thinking not to taunt others or not to humiliate others by your words, where as the action speaks louder than words there's a negative impact as well of this quote if you're writing an offensive article that hurts someone. So, before writing an article make yourself prepared first about what to write? and how to write? because this can have a negative impact, if the words are expressed wrongly, so it will ruin the objective of writing a positive article.

Making someone feel hurt by the words and making someone realize are two different things.

Somewhere I think that overthinking also destroys happiness and when I feel that on the other hand overthinking makes a person to work hard or to achieve a specific goal because to reach or to achieve a specific goal we need to plan out, which comes from thinking. Overthinking is good only when you can bring positive changes in you, you can't change others nature but you can help them by expressing positive words by writing an article.

I know it's really difficult initially but make yourself practice daily.

We need to be very careful in all aspects.
